Payment Information

Step 1:

Order confirmation with a manager: product payment method, delivery payment method, delivery terms (time, address).

Step 2:

The request goes to the logistics department and is queued for dispatch.

Step 3:

On the day of delivery, the driver contacts the customer to confirm the time and address of delivery at least 1 hour in advance.

Step 4:

The customer unloads the goods at the facility independently (without the involvement of loaders and manipulators, unless otherwise discussed with the manager).
