1.1.1 Administration of the website https://konstruktyv.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) - authorised employees for the management of the website, acting on behalf of "Company "Konstruktyv", organising and carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations carried out with personal data.

1.1.2 "Personal Data" means any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or definable natural person (subject of personal data).

1.1.3 "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a requirement mandatory for compliance by the Administrator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of other legal grounds.

1.1.5. "Site User" - a person who has access to the Site, via the Internet and uses the Site https://konstruktyv.ua.

1.1.6. " Cookies " - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser each time sends to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the relevant website.

1.1.7. " IP address " - a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1 The User's use of the website https://konstruktyv.ua means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site https://konstruktyv.ua.

2.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the site https://konstruktyv.ua.

2.4 Administration of the site doesn’t check the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the site.

3. The subject of Privacy Policy

3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the site on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User must provide to the Administration of the site upon request when placing an order for the purchase of Goods.

3.2 The personal data authorised for processing under this Privacy Policy shall be provided by the User by filling in the forms on the Website https://konstruktyv.ua and shall include the following information:

3.2.3. electronic mail (e-mail) address;

3.2.4. delivery address of the Goods.

3.3 "Konstruktyv" Company protects the Data automatically transmitted in the process of viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages where the statistical script of the system ("pixel") is installed:

4.1.1 Identification of the User registered on the site to place an order and (or) conclude a Distance Selling Agreement.

4.1.7 Notifying the User of the Website about the status of the Order.

4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.

4.1.10. Providing the User with product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of "Konstruktyv Company" upon its consent.

4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the websites or services of partners to receive products, updates and services.

5. Methods and terms of personal information processing

5.1 Processing of the User's personal data shall be carried out without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of means of automation.

5.2 The User agrees that the Administration of the Site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services and postal organisations, solely to fulfil the User's order placed on the Site, including the delivery of Goods.

5.3 The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorised state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and following the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5 The administration of the site takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, perversion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6 The website Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent damage or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Obligations of the parties

6.1 The User is obliged to:

6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.

6.1.2 Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2 The Site Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without the prior written consent of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1 The Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorised use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, except as provided by p.p. 5.2. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before its receipt by the Administration of the site.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 A claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of a dispute) must be submitted to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site and the Administration of the site.

8.2 Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.

8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4 The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.

9. Additional terms and conditions

9.1 The administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
