Warranty

All products purchased from Konstructyv VTV LLC come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period can range from the standard 14 days to several months, depending on each manufacturer's service policy.

Products eligible for return or exchange must retain their original appearance, packaging, and factory seals and tags. Only items that have not been used or damaged can be exchanged or returned. A warranty card and proof of purchase must be provided, and the items must not be among those listed as non-returnable by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution dated March 19, 1994, No. 172).

Restrictions on returning goods:

• Building and finishing materials sold by the meter can only be returned in whole packaging.
• Dry construction mixes can be returned if they retain their consumer qualities and show no signs of solidification.
• Items with a limited shelf life can be returned if there is at least one month left before their expiration date.

To return goods, a legal entity or sole proprietors must provide:

• A return invoice stamped by the company, dated today, indicating its registration number.
• A letter on the company's letterhead with a stamp requesting a refund.
• A copy of the original sales invoice.
• The returned goods in proper condition.

A legal entity or sole proprietors with the goods to be returned and the necessary documents should contact their personal manager or call 0800 30 19 15 to arrange further actions.

The refund period is within 7 banking days after the seller receives the goods and the statement with bank details for the refund.

Konstructyv VTV LLC reserves the right to inspect the goods for integrity and quality and to refuse returns in case of damage, signs of use, or incorrect return documentation.
